CincyCon 2011 - Results

Saturday I attended the CIncyCon in Cincinnati, I am still new to the area only being here about 2 years so I didn’t even know about it last year. From what I can tell it’s a Gaming event run by gamers for gamers. When I say gamer I don’t mean 40k though, it was a mass meeting of several small tourneys for dozens of different game systems throwing down for world domination or the prevention of said domination.  They raffled off something like 1000 dollars in prizes from all kinds of game systems.

 I entered the 40k event so I wasn’t able to take tons of pictures of everything going on.. However that doesn’t mean I didn’t take some pictures of everything going on. =)

The 40K event itself was a smaller tourney like all the tourneys at the event had been and everything at

CincyCon was run with a have a good time attitude. Everyone was there to have a good time and throw some dice. Having said that the Martial Law Gaming group was there in force lol they are all competitive gamers, not to be confused with WAAC gamers though. They usually bring the A game and come to compete they are all normally great guys to play with and against though. The tourney was only 10 or 12 people but I think 5 or 6 were Martial Law members.  Points where 1850 3 Round RTT format.

I want to thank Organizers who ran the thing this was my first time meeting them, I will refer to them as loud and not loud lol they were both great guys who took the time to put the event together. Eric’s Guard look amazing or I should say that this isn’t his first best painted award. Although don’t discount Eric he isn’t a slouch on the tabletop I am pretty sure last year at CAG bash he had to choose between best painted or one of the best general awards.

Battle reports in the near future which should be really good reports everyone’s armies looked amazing. Until then this is the Emperor's Codex so lets post up some pictures.
